Grant Monitoring Division

The mission of the Grant Monitoring Division is to strengthen neighborhoods in Corpus Christi. Grant Monitoring is a division of Planning and Community Development. Housing & Rehabilitation Programs provide "One-Stop Housing Services" for low-income households through several federally-funded and locally-funded housing programs. Housing programs assist both existing homeowners and interested home buyers. Community Development programs enhance the quality of life for low-income citizens.
