With over 560 wet slips available for pleasure and commercial vessels, the Corpus Christi Marina is just a short walk from downtown restaurants and nightlife venues. It is the only major downtown marina on the Texas Coast. Amenities for boaters include a free sanitary pump-out station, private showers and restrooms, laundry facilities, public boat ramps, wet slips, and dry storage. The Corpus Christi Marina is managed by the Parks and Recreation Department


Corpus Christi Marina Master Plan

Corpus Christi Marina Master Plan is in progress, stakeholder meetings and the community survey were completed during fall 2023 and design completion is expected in Spring 2024. The Marina Master Plan will assist the city in developing an inclusive and comprehensive plan for the Municipal Marina.


Temporary Closure of Selena Memorial - Mirador De La Flor

The Selena Memorial – Mirador De La Flor, located at 600 N. Shoreline Boulevard, is temporarily closed for lighting and painting upgrades. The temporary closure will take effect thru mid-February, weather permitting. The painting project is targeted for completion by end of January, followed by the lighting improvements with an estimated completion of mid-February, weather permitting. 

The mirador will have limited access to the public on weekends but will have no lighting while the lighting upgrades are underway. The lighting upgrade will replace existing lighting with LED lights. All miradors at the bayfront are receiving this lighting upgrade.
