The Health District Immunization Clinic sees patients for immunizations by appointment only, with the exception of COVID-19 immunizations. The COVID-19 vaccines clinic is a walk-in clinic.

Vaccination protects children from serious illness. Immunization services continue to be available to children that are uninsured or that have coverage under Medicaid.
Children with insurance can only be seen at the Health Department if the insurance does not cover the vaccines that the child needs. Screening will be done at the Immunization Clinic to make sure the child qualifies for the TVFC vaccine.
Current immunization record is needed to be seen.

Health District Immunization Program
Children (0-18 yrs):
There is a $10 administration fee per vaccine with a per patient cap of $30 for those that qualify for the TVFC vaccine. Parent or guardian must accompany any child or adolescent up to the age of 17 years old. If the individual is 18, they can sign for themselves. Parent/guardian must bring the child's current immunization record to each visit. Please be prepared to show the Medicaid card if it applies. Client or parent/guardians must provide two forms of ID: one photo ID and a Social Security card. If no SS card, we will consider another form of ID.
Niños (0-18 años): Debe cumplir con los requisitos de elegibilidad para recibir vacunas TVFC. $10 tarifa administrativos por vacuna, no exceda los $30.

Adults (19 yrs & up):
Must qualify for Texas Adult Safety Net Vaccine. $10 administrative fee per vaccine. Current immunization record is needed to be seen or scheduled for immunizations. Client must provide two forms of ID: one photo ID and a Social Security card. If no SS card, we will consider another form of ID.

Under the Adult Safety Net program, qualified adults can continue to receive the following vaccines for an administrative fee of $10: Hepatitis B, Tdap and MMR.
