The project scope includes reconstruction of Leopard Street from Palm Drive to Nueces Bay Boulevard with new pavement, concrete curb & gutter, bus stops, sidewalks, curb ramps, concrete driveways, upgrades to traffic signals, new underground storm sewer system, installation of plastic water main and wastewater main.

The City of Corpus Christi adopted a tax rate that will raise more taxes for maintenance and operations than last year's tax rate. The tax rate will effectively be raised by 4.69 percent and will raise taxes for maintenance and operations on a $100,000 home by approximately $16.87.
