- Anything that overloads the electrical system at any park site, such as plugging into both the 30 amp and 50 amp outlets, is not allowed. As a result, external appliances such as washing machines, dryers, freezers, or extra air conditioners are prohibited.
- Monthly guests may not install any permanent structures such as stairs or decks.
- There will be no refunds once occupancy payment has been received.
- Pet owners will take full responsibility for their animals. Pets must be kept on a leash except when secured in an RV or other vehicle. Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of the property.
- For the safety of your family and others, no firearms, unauthorized vehicles, or ground fires are allowed in the park. The speed limit within the park is 10 MPH.
- You can help protect the natural beauty of Sunrise Beach by not cutting any trees in the area.
- Please remember that park management is not responsible for accidents or lost articles. Always watch after your personal property and be safety conscious.
- Please do your part in making the Sunrise Beach experience pleasant for everyone by keeping your area clean and by putting trash in the dumpsters that are conveniently provided in the park.
- Also, please do your part in keeping restrooms free of trash and personal items.
- Always keep your pass prominently displayed in your vehicle while in the park.
- Please be considerate of others by not playing loud music, especially after hours.
- Remember that Quiet Time begins at 10 PM
- Check-out time for day users is 10 PM.
- For overnight campers, check-out time is 10 AM.
- For everybody’s safety, all boaters and skiers must obey Texas Parks & Wildlife Department rules. They state that when operating a watercraft within 50 feet of another craft, person, object, or the shore, the vessel should only be operated at a speed just fast enough to safely maintain steering.
- Only electric golf carts are allowed; no gas-powered carts. Carts must be driven by licensed drivers only. Golf carts must have Rights.

- Please note that any tent, camper, or recreational vehicle may be removed from the park if the owner has either failed to pay the occupancy fee for the park or has not complied with the rules provided to vehicle owners at the time of their registration in the park.
