Request for Interest (RFI) Process
The purpose of a Request for Interest (RFI) is to provide all interested parties with an opportunity to submit a Letter of Interest for the acquisition of the property and allow the City to identify a new owner with the commitment and concept that is most satisfactory.
Any inquiries related to this RFI must be submitted in writing via email no later than February 22, 2019 by 5:00pm to the below email address.

The City of Corpus Christi adopted a tax rate that will raise more taxes for maintenance and operations than last year's tax rate. The tax rate will effectively be raised by 4.69 percent and will raise taxes for maintenance and operations on a $100,000 home by approximately $16.87.
