The Corpus Christi Police Department is hosting its 8th annual back-to-school health & safety fair. Operation Safe Return gives every child the opportunity to receive necessary school supplies, obtain valuable safety information and ensure a healthy start to the upcoming school year.

Last year, we welcomed approximately 4,000 attendees with over 100 vendors offering health and safety information. School supply kits were provided to over 3,000 students, as well as 300 sports physicals and vaccines combined.

It is our mission to give every child the opportunity to receive school supplies, obtain valuable safety information and ensure a healthy start to the upcoming school year.  To meet our mission and provide services in our community, we rely on the generosity of individuals and businesses for support. Without the assistance of community-minded individuals just like you, we wouldn’t be able to serve those in our community each year.

Under “Additional Links” you may find our Sponsorship form with incentives that we are offering this year. We hope you consider experiencing firsthand the pride we take in supporting our community.  The Corpus Christi Police Athletic League - Operation Safe Return is a Section 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization and as such, your gift may be tax-deductible. Remember that every donation makes a difference, regardless of size.

Please make checks payable to Corpus Christi Police Athletic League MEMO: “Operation Safe Return”. Check can be mailed to: Corpus Christi Police Department; Crime Prevention Unit; Attn: Raquel Ramos; 321 John Sartain Street; Corpus Christi, TX 78404.  Checks can also be arranged to be picked up by a uniformed officer for your convenience. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at (361) 886-2768.

Thank you in advance for your generosity!
