(CORPUS CHRISTI, TX - August 14, 2019) If you’ve been dreaming about having your own food trucks business to sell your food or other goods in Corpus Christi, you have an opportunity to make it happen now! The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department is accepting applications for vendors at its City beaches and parks.
The City is preparing to issue five-month Vending Permits from October 2019 to February 2020 to vendors. This will not affect current vendors approved through September. Applications for these permits will be accepted starting Friday, August 16, until 5 pm on Friday, August 30, 2019. Applications will be reviewed, and if necessary, a drawing will be held, to determine vendor locations. Vendors will be notified after the selection has been made to issue the permits for the locations prior to the beginning of the permit period. The selected vendors may be required to undergo and pass background checks prior to issuing permits. The application form and requirements are available on the City of Corpus Christi website.
