Call Center representatives will assist you with questions regarding location and hours of operation of the City's Animal Care facility, pet licensing, lost animals, stray animals, and other animal related issues.

After you select English or Spanish, press 4 for Animal Care Services to speak to a Call Center representative.
For after hour non-emergencies, weekends and holidays, please call Corpus Christi Police Department non-emergency line at (361) 886-2600.
For after-hour emergencies, call 911 for the following:
- An animal has bitten an individual and is currently loose and not confined
- A wild animal has bitten an individual or is loose within a residence
- Aggressive and threatening animals are at-large
- Injured animals
