Body Sculpting Aerobics Classes will be offered by the Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department for adults on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm–6:30pm at Lindale Recreation Center, 3133 Swantner Dr. This is a great class to get in shape or to simply live a healthier lifestyle! This class will get your heart rate going! It provides physical conditioning with low and high impact exercises to increase blood flow to the heart and lungs. Professional instruction is provided by Cheryl Vandever. Cost is $25 per month, or a $10 drop-in fee. Registration is ongoing. Call 361-855-0392.
 
Zumba Classes will be offered by the Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department. These fitness classes incorporate Latin and international music with dance movements. This unique program will combine cardio and dynamic resistive exercises that will have you shedding pounds and looking sleek.  These classes are exhilarating, different, challenging and effective…so kickoff the New Year and join the party! Cost is $20 per month or a $3 drop in fee for adults. Registration is ongoing.

Cheer & Advanced Cheer Classes will be offered by the Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department. Youth will be taught chants, cheers, dance, routines, and other fundamentals of cheerleading. These 12-week classes combine fitness with fun. Classes provide excellent physical activity and opportunities to gain experience in cheerleading and meet new friends! It’s fun, different, easy, and effective, and especially designed for kids! Professional instruction is provided by Texas Cheer Company. Cost is $40 per month, plus a $10 seasonal registration fee. Uniforms are optional (not included in the class fee). Registration will be ongoing.
