Our Utility Business Office will be undergoing a software transition during the next few weeks. Beginning Wednesday, December 6 at 5:00 pm until further notice, utility payments will ONLY be accepted through the following options:
Customers will NOT be able to temporarily use the following payment methods:
Your billing statements may have a new appearance, account number, arrival time, due date, and you may receive duplicate billing statements due to the software conversion. Because of the inconvenience, no late penalties or shut-offs for non-payment will occur until the transition is complete.
The Utility Business Office anticipates the bulk of the transition to be complete the week of December 18 and we will notify the public when payment services are available. You are encouraged to continue to make your monthly City utility payment utilizing one of the methods noted above.
