Accessory Construction, General Repairs and Remodeling
Interior Remodeling and Foundation Repairs, Room Additions/Enclosures, Garages, Carports, Storage Buildings, Porches, Gazebos, Patio Covers, Decks and Docks, Swimming pools and Spas
Complete submission includes:
- Building Permit Application
- Elevation Certificate if within a flood plain. (If you are unsure, please contact our office for the most recent FEMA information regarding your property)
- Declared Occupancy Use and Type of Construction
- Site Plan (1” = 20’)
- Floor Plan (1/4” = 1-0” min.) existing & proposed
- Foundation Plan (1/4” = 1-0” min.) — If the floor area exceeds 500 square feet an engineered & sealed foundation plan is required.
- Completed Texas Department of Insurance WPI-1 Form from Windstorm Engineer/Inspector that will be inspecting and/or responsible for inspecting the structure for windstorm compliance.

Roofing and Siding Permits
Complete submission includes:
- Building Permit Application
- A detailed scope of work which identifies roofing/siding method and materials
- Completed Texas Department of Insurance WPI-1 Form from Windstorm Engineer/Inspector that will be inspecting and/or responsible for inspecting the structure for windstorm compliance.

Interior Remodeling and Foundation Repairs
Complete submission includes:
- Building Permit Application

- Site Plan (existing & proposed)
- Determination whether work is onsite or within R.O.W.
