Due to the developing situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and County Judge Barbara Canales’ Stay at Home Order, the City of Corpus Christi Municipal Court, with high regard for the safety of the community and our staff, will be closed to the public from Friday March 27, 2020 through April 8, 2020. We anticipate again serving you Thursday April 9. Please check periodically for changes and updates.

WARRANTS

  • No NEW warrants will be issued at this time.
  • All EXISTING warrants will continue to be active. If you contact the court, we will lift your warrant(s).
     

PAY

Visit our online payment system to pay your citation online without having to appear in court. Otherwise, you may contact the court via telephone, email or regular mail.

JUVENILE COURT

All juvenile court hearing in March and April are postponed to a future date. You will receive notice of the new date.

All juvenile court users may contact the juvenile case manager’s office at (361) 826-4012 for more information on your juvenile case.
 

TRIALS & HEARINGS

  • All trials scheduled through May 1, 2020 will be reset.
  • You will receive your rescheduled notice in the mail.
  • The Court is taking into account the circumstances regarding any deadlines on your case.
  • In accordance with the Office of Court Administration guidelines, if you would like us to consider any information, you may submit that to us in writing for consideration.

The City Detention Center continues to operate normally.
