MISSION AND SERVICE STRATEGY:

To provide financial planning support; analyze data, trends, and performance; and monitor fiscal operations to ensure the most efficient and effective utilization and responsible management of City resources, and to provide the City organization with financial information necessary to adopt the annual operating/capital budgets and to support effective decision-making.  The Office of Management and Budget will provide accurate, thorough and timely financial data, planning, and management in partnership with customer departments for the maximum benefit of the City organization.
