Welcome to the City of Corpus Christi's citizen information center on the impact of the federal economic stimulus program on our community. This website was developed to provide up to date information regarding local projects and programs financed through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. We strive to ensure that every dollar received through the ARRA is spent on meaningful projects that put Corpus Christians to work, provide necessary programs and services to our community and help our economy to grow. One of our primary goals in accepting federal funds through the ARRA is to provide utmost accountability and transparency with all stakeholders involved in this process. The federal stimulus program is one of the many funding resources the city is pursuing to ensure that we continue to make Corpus Christi an attractive community in which to live, work, and play during these difficult economic times.
