Parent or guardian must accompany anyone under 18 years of age. A $10 administration fee per vaccine will be charged subject to a per patient cap of $30. Parents must bring their child's current immunization records and current Medicaid card (if applicable). For more information call 826-7238.

August 27, 2009 Update:
Health District Now Has Varicella and TDAP Vaccines
The Immunizations Clinic has announced they have received their supply of varicella and tdap vaccine. Parents who have children still needing these vaccines are advised to see their primary care physician first. Anyone who is not able to do so can contact the Immunizations Clinic at 826-7238 for an appointment. The vaccines will be administered while supply lasts.
October 14, 2009 Update:
Clinic Hours to Temporarily Change
The Immunizations Clinic hours will temporarily change. Effective Monday, October 19, 2009, services will be closed on Mondays until further notice due to the upcoming mass H1N1 immunizations currently being planned for the community. We apologize for any inconvenience this schedule change may cause.
Note: There is also no more seasonal flu vaccine avialable. Please see your medical provider or check with local pharmacies to see if they may have it available.
