NOTE FOR USE OF COCC AUTOCAD FILES:
The City AutoCAD files are provided for the purpose of completing the necessary Project information in the Title Blocks, the Summary of Concrete Driveways Table, the SWPPP Sheets, and the Testing Schedule. They are not to be modified except as specifically required to:
- Fill in the Project specific listings such as the Project Name, City Project Number, Record Drawing Number, Sheet Number, and total Sheet Count in the Title Blocks.
- Fill in the Project specific information in the Summary of Concrete Driveways.
- Fill in the Project specific information in the SWPPP Notes and EPIC Sheets.
- Fill in the Testing Schedule with the anticipated number of each test required for the Project.
Project specific details for features not covered by the COCC Standard Details should not be placed on the COCC Standard Detail Sheets. If an error, conflict, or omission is detected in the COCC Standard Details, please submit to the PM for City consideration in future updates to the Standards and for direction on the approach to address the error, conflict, or omission in the current Project.
The City of Corpus Christi adopted a tax rate that will raise more taxes for maintenance and operations than last year's tax rate. The tax rate will effectively be raised by 4.69 percent and will raise taxes for maintenance and operations on a $100,000 home by approximately $16.87.
