Emergency Alert

Hurricane season begins June 1 and ends November 30 each year. Learn how to Be Ready at www.cctexas.com/beready.

Due to COVID-19 the Court encourages everyone to resolve your warrants online, by phone or email. If you have a warrant for your arrest the Corpus Christi Municipal Court will help you resolve your case without the fear of being arrested. View the 2021 Warrant Resolution Flyer.

Cases with active warrants are assessed additional fees and costs. If the warrant remains outstanding the offense will be reported to the Department of Public Safety and Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TXDMV). You may be denied your right to renew your driver's license and/or to register your vehicle.
