Coyote Information
Animal Care Services receives many calls regarding public safety. While we know that there is great concern about wildlife attacking people, the risk is very low.
Lost Pets
No one want to experience the terrible feeling of losing a treasured pet. Each year approximately 10,000 animals are placed in our care.
Mosquito Spraying (Vector Control)
Corpus Christi Vector Control will continue spraying for adult mosquitoes. Spray routes are determined after checking mosquitoes traps and those areas with the highest concentration of mosquitoes will be targeted first. Tentative Spraying Route Schedule is available.
Rabies Information

If an animal is an immediate threat to someone's safety, please call 911. Any animal that scratches or bites a human or another animal must be reported to Animal Care Services.
