We can provide you with educational materials such as blood pressure logs, chronic disease brochures, nutritious recipes, exercise, and workout routines. The Health Education team participates in community health fairs and health-related events.

Health Education promotes healthy living choices and behaviors for all Nueces County residents. We provide services such as no-cost health screenings, educational materials, wellness activities, and health-related presentations.
 

No-Cost Health Screenings include: 

  • Diabetes HbA1c's
  • Blood pressure 
  • Body mass index 
  • Cholesterol test

Screenings are available to all and are offered at the Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District
1702 Horne Rd.
Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Public Health Satellite Clinic in Robstown
710 E Main Ave
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m and 1:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m

Walk-ins are accepted at both locations.
