PROJECT SCOPE

• Widening approximately 3,000 linear feet of Ayers Street to accommodate for the addition of a continuous turn-lane and right turns at SPID, McArdle, and Gollihar
   
• Convert existing roadside drainage ditches to underground culverts with construction of a 36” drainage pipe
   
• Utility improvement for water, wastewater,  and gas
   
• New curb and gutter, sidewalks and ADA ramps
   
• Extension of ADA compliant sidewalk along the east side of Ayers Street from Gollihar to Port Avenue that is partially funded by RTA
   
• Construction duration is about 28 months
