Request for Interest (RFI) Process
The purpose of a Request for Interest (RFI) is to provide all interested parties with an opportunity to submit a Letter of Interest for the acquisition and redevelopment of the property and allow the City to identify a purchaser/developer with the commitment and development concept that is most satisfactory to the City.

The City of Corpus Christi adopted a tax rate that will raise more taxes for maintenance and operations than last year's tax rate. The tax rate will effectively be raised by 4.69 percent and will raise taxes for maintenance and operations on a $100,000 home by approximately $16.87.
