What you need to know about this program:
- Roof, plumbing, electrical, heating and/or minor structural repairs
- Must be 62 years old or disabled
- Must reside in the house one year prior to applying
- Must meet 50% income limit
- Must have a clear title to the property
- Property taxes must be current
