Please type in either the Restaurant name OR the Zip Code. Only ONE search option can be used.

To view ALL the restaurant inspections, press Search without typing anything in the text boxes.

If the correct spelling of an establishment is not known, type in the partial name, and this will bring up results close to the partial entry. For example, typing in taq, will bring up all entries with taq in the name. This will return more results.

* If you are unable to find an Inspection report on a particular Food Establishment, it may be as this application only displays Inspections from the last 12 months.
