Services:  medication refills, chest x-ray results, TB readings

(no TB testing on Thursday afternoon hours)

Friday Hours:  8am-1pm only

Services:  readings only (closed Friday afternoon)

Services Provided:

Skin testing, chest X-ray, medications for Tuberculosis, Latent TB infection and other services, as needed. TB testing done for employment, foster families, day care, school and for professional licenses.

Fee: $15.00.  CASH ONLY. (FEE SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

• No appointment needed for administering TB test or reading.
• All other services by appointment only.
• Walk-ins are welcome and will be seen after client appointments.
