Age Group:
2 months - 18 years of age
There is a $10 administration fee per vaccine with a per patient cap of $30 for those that qualify for the TVFC vaccine. Parent or guardian must accompany any child or adolescent up to the age of 17 years old. If the individual is 18, they can sign for themselves. Parent/guardian must bring the child's current immunization record to each visit. Please be prepared to show the Medicaid card or CHIP card if it applies.

Public Notice Regarding Travel Vaccine:
Effective June 14, 2010, because of increased vaccine costs, the Health District is increasing the per dose fee for administering Travel Vaccine. Get the listing of the new Travel Vaccine per dose fees.
HEALTH DISTRICT IMMUNIZATION PROGRAM
Immunization services continue to be available to children that are uninsured or that have coverage under Medicaid or CHIP. Children with insurance can only be seen at the Health Department if the insurance does not cover the vaccines that the child needs. Screening will be done at the Immunization Clinic to make sure the child qualifies for the TVFC vaccine. A parent or guardian must accompany the child up to the age of 17. An individual 18 years old can sign for themselves. The administrative fee is $10 per vaccine per vaccine subject to a per patient cap of $30. Parents must bring their child's current immunization records and current Medicaid or CHIP card (if applicable).
The Health District's Immunization Program can provide the following Travel and Adult vaccines:
- Hepatitis A: $100.00 per dose
- Hepatitis B: $ 90.00 per dose
- Menactra: $130.00 per dose
- TWINRIX (Combined Hepatitis A&B): $125.00 per dose
- Typhoid: $ 79.00 per dose
- Yellow Fever: $105.00 per dose
Under the Adult Safety Net program, Adults can continue to receive the following vaccines for an administrative fee of $10: Hepatitis B; Tdap and MMR.
