The Utilities Business Office is joining the City of Corpus Christi’s efforts to help the city become more green by saving paper. The Utilities Business Office offers “eBilling” for all utility customers.
If you sign up for eBilling, this process replaces the paper utility bills you currently receive in the mail. Each month an e-mail notification will be sent to advise you that your utility bill is ready for viewing. You just open the link to view your utility statement. Everything else remains the same, the due date will still be 21 days after your bill date, and you can always call customer service at (361) 826-3440 if you want to make inquiries on your account or if you have any questions regarding your bill.
With “eBilling”, payments can be set up on automatic draft from your bank on the due date thereby saving you time. Bank draft authorization notices will be provided upon request. If you prefer to use a credit card to pay your bill on line, you can get information and register at our Online Utility Payment Center.
Payments will continue to be accepted at City Hall or by mail.
