The online utility payment service is for full amount due and current bills only.
If your account is shut off, please make arrangements with the Utility Billing Section at (361) 826-1732.

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PIN

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PIN FOR YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT

If you are a first time user of this new payment application, you must create your PIN (personal identification number).  Please follow the instructions below to create your PIN. You will need your utility bill for your Account Number and Cycle and Route Number.

1. Click on this link to get started: https://egovcent.aspgov.com/corpc2gcx/Index.jsp https://egovcent.aspgov.com/corpc2gol/Index.jsp
2. Select the “Create PIN” button in the navigation bar on the left.
3. Enter your account number (be sure to include the dash) and cycle/route number located on your Utility Bill.
4. Click “Submit”.
5. Enter a PIN (the PIN is the password), PIN Hint, and E-mail Address.
6. Click “Submit”.
7. You will get an automatic e-mail asking you to validate the information you submitted. You must click on the link in the e-mail to enable your account.  Or you can click here instead of waiting for the email confirmation: https://egovcent.aspgov.com/corpc2gcx/LoginValidate.jsp?eVal=1
8. Enter the PIN you created and your Account Number (including the dash).
9. Click “Submit”. This will enable your account.
10. Click on the words “this link” or go to:https://egovcent.aspgov.com/corpc2gcx/Index.jsp
11. Login to your account using your Account Number and the PIN you created
