The City of Corpus Christi offers smart phone applications to report problems.
Follow the instructions below to download the application to your phone (iPhone, Android, Blackberry). When you see a pothole, graffiti or other problem, open the application, take a photo with your phone, select the type of issue, and send. The photo (along with the address via GPS and date/time stamp) goes to the City's Customer Service Center and generates a service request.
CCMobile Map -
Click on the map image to the left to use the CCMobile Interactive Map to view reports - photos, locations, types of problems, status - submitted by citizens around the community using their phones.
TIPS
Stay safe; don't attempt to use CCMobile (or any app for that matter) while driving.
The app works much better outdoors than it does indoors. This is especially true of Blackberry devices which rely heavily on satellite communications.
Most data plans allow for unlimited photos and incident submissions; check your plan.

TIP: Be sure the GPS feature on your device is turned on! The default on some devices is "off." Get more info on enabling location services.

iPhone Users
To install the application from iPhone devices, go to the iTunes App store and search for Corpus Christi Mobile.
You can also input: itms://itunes.apple.com/us/app/corpus-christi-mobile/id383506874?mt=8 directly into your address bar.
 Android Users
From Android devices, go to the Android marketplace and search for CC Mobile.
You can also input market://details?id=com.citysourced.ccmobile directly into your address bar on the phone (not on the desktop).
 Blackberry Users
From Storm devices, type http://content.citysourced.com/downloads/citysourced/blackberry/touch/CC_mobile_135.jad into your address bar. You also can e-mail yourself the address and click on the hyperlink from the e-mail.
From non-Storm devices, type http://content.citysourced.com/downloads/citysourced/blackberry/nontouch/CC_mobile_135.jad into your address bar. You also can e-mail yourself the address and click on the hyperlink from the e-mail.
