Corpus Christi Ordinances and Amendments

The Building Inspection Division maintains and enforces the technical construction codes adopted by the City of Corpus Christi. The construction codes adopted by the City are the 2003 International Codes. The codes are as follows: Chapter 1 Administration, the 2003 International Building Code, the 2003 International Residential Code for One and Two family Dwellings, the 2003 International Plumbing Code, |
| the 2003 International Mechanical Code, the 2003 International Fuel Gas Code, the International Energy Conservation Code, the 2002 National Electrical Code, and the Flood Hazard Prevention Code. The public health, safety, and welfare are provided through these codes, which are uniformly administered. |
