Development Services uses a web-based system called Click2Gov to allow you easy on-line access to project-related services. Access instructions for using our current on-line services.
Using the on-line system, you can:
View/Pay Application Fees - This feature can be accessed with your application number. Once you enter an application number, you can then pay fees and view application fees already paid.
View Plan Review Comments – Using your application number, you can track an application's status and view plan review comments from each discipline in real time. This feature can be helpful by allowing you to get a head start on assembling any plan revisions without having to wait for all the review comments to be submitted to you. We encourage you, however, to wait for all comments before submitting any revisions.
Schedule/Cancel Inspections – Inspections can be scheduled on-line by using your application number. This features provides the results of a scheduled inspection and a list of required inspections for your particular project.
Submit Applications for Certain Permits - Development Services is testing use of on-line applications for some permit types. Instructions for submitting applications on-line can be found by downloading the On-Line Applications Instructions to the right. Again, please note that we are only accepting certain applications online during this testing phase.
Creating & Accessing Master Account - A Master Account must be created in order to submit applications on-line. Once you register, you then will use a user name and pin number to log on to the system. Instructions for creating and accessing a Master Account can be found by downloading instructions to the right.
