STREET LIGHT REPAIR REQUEST FORM

To report a street light (illumination) that is off or needs to be repaired, complete the pdf form on the right and then e-mail the completed form to trafficengineering@cctexas.com in Traffic Engineering, who will submit a work request form to AEP/CPL for the repairs.

Security lights are privately owned and must be maintained by the adjacent property owners.
