Notice of New Fees for Soft-Service Ice Cream Machine Re-Inspections
Notice of Relocation of Offices:
Effective January 22, 2010, due to relocation of the Environmental & Consumer Health offices to 2626 Holly Road, copies of food handler permits and issuance of food establishment permits will no longer be available at 1702 Horne Road.
All food handler classes will continue to be held at the main Health District building located at 1702 Horne Road.

- Mondays 5:30pm-7:30pm
Tuesdays: 2:30pm - 4:30pm
Thursdays: 9am - 11am NOTE: The Sept. 9th Thursday food handlers class will be held at the Boys and Girls Club, 3902 Greenwood.

Details:
Registration is held 30 minutes before class in the lobby and is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Classes in Spanish are held on the third Thursday of each month from 2:30 to 4:30pm. Participants should arrive 20 minutes before class starts.
- Asian-language classes are available upon request.
Only students are allowed in the classroom. (Child care during class is not available.) -

A fee of $15 will be charged for each food manager's permit issued, and it shall be valid for two years from the date of completion.
