SMOKING ORDINANCE

CITY VOTERS APPROVE SMOKING ORDINANCE IN SPECIAL CITY ELECTION

Ordinance No. 026094 was passed by the City Council on January 11, 2005. Section 4 of said ordinance set out an effective date of February 1, 2005, but was postponed due to a referendum petition and subsequent election held September 10, 2005. Based on the election results, Ordinance No. 026094 became effective September 20, 2005.
